Is it possible for me to embody or achieve a total unity with the astral plane itself like there’s no more separation between me as the observer and the plane itself that I observe like my whole beingnesss will merge with the whole totality with the plane?
You already have unity with the astral plane. It’s called your imagination.
I mean an absolute unity like my whole being will merge with the entirety of the astral like I will become the astral plane itself ?

Do you want enlightenment and to experience being one with the all?
I think the information download you are trying to reconcile just simply means:
- Understanding the nature of the Physical and Non-physical world.
- Being able to draw from the non-physical in the proper way. A free for all is not proper, but it is important to be more aware of infinite potential.
- Establish your boundries and filter properly the sources you draw upon.
Hmmm… achieving total Unity with the Astral Plane could be temporarily achieved by Invoking and Merging with a Deity who Governs the Astral Plane or Greater. Choronzon-Shugal would be able to help you achieve such a feat.
On one level, you technically are one with it, but it is not one with you, you and your being are aspects/ denizens of it.
As you interact with the Astral Plane, you do grow a little bit more connected to It each time, increasing your ability to interact with it.
Becoming Truly One with the Entire Astral Plane would require Apotheosis- an incarnate being can’t do this, you would be destroyed in the process, much like understanding the whole of even the Smallest God/dess perfectly for an instant. It would break your brain permanently according to VK and My own gnosis/ research. This phenomena is indicated even as early as Sumer through the Clergy of Nergal.
Believing you are already one with the astral plane does accelerate this process done right, but it leaves room to be trick yourself or be tricked by others.

I understand what you’re saying I asked myself this today too can I create astral hands to hurt people physically with those hands being in the astral plane can I exert control over the astral plane where I can use the properties in this plane of existence
