Does anyone know if Azazel has a name that is known as a god, devta that come under hinduism?
No, Azazel’s lore marks him as a distinctly Western demon. However, historical facts have never stopped anyone from drawing spurious connections where there are none before.

I don’t believe he’s represented in the Hindi pantheon.
I don’t know this pantheon really, so I just had a quick look and based on the descriptions, in the top 15 gods in Hinduism, there isn’t really a promethean figure that brought knowledge to humanity.
You do see this concept across a lot of western cultures, the firebird, the story of why the crow is black in Native American lore, Prometheus, Lucifer and Azazel. Maybe that energy exists in the minor deities.
Maybe it’s possible to then evoke both and ask if they are each other, but I wouldn’t try to mix them up them myself. The currents are so different, the way the entities are interacted with is different, and it’s probably best to respect that and contact each with the tools they are used to. As you become an adept then you an do what you want, but when you’re starting out, it’s ideal to do what’s tried and tested so you can compare your results.
