little introduction, i was simply passing by when a subject of personal interest pulled me in and compelled a reply or sticking my ore in lol. The subject was the so called “Wishing Machines” or “Symbolic Hieronymus Machine” or even Psionics
Anyway lets see, i’m a life long Pagan and being the age i am now thats a long time. Ive been a member of the Pagan Federation for a long time too, that does give me any sort of credentials above anyone else just gets me a magazine to read each month.
My spiritual journey started with spirits visiting me as a child. my mother was fond of calling spirits and they often hung around some longer than others.
Lets see i’ll move along what could be a novel by saying as far as magical practice is concerned i’ve evolved through many practices along my personal journey, i respect the Gods and have tattooed my body in blood sacrifice, We Pagans are i feel very lucky in our religious practice not to be blinked to one god or even few.
I also respect the fair folk or the Lords and ladies’ so often leave offerings.
The ancestors are something i believe everyone should respect whether your a Pagan or Not, They are our roots and nothing and no-one stands without roots.
Maybe some find it controversial but for myself i see no good or evil - there is no difference "Magick is " whether you like what’s done with it is down to you.

Im NE of England of Irish decent both sides the family my grandad came over from Kilkenny. Guess thats why i connect with the fair folk so well never gave that a thought till just now.
How long ive practiced is a really hard question, see my mother being a medium along with the little people round my grandmother - i grew with the spirit world been common place. so i would have say ive always walked my path a path thats took many turns but continues on.
im tattooed a lot as its a blood sacrifice to gods as ive said. i just hate been pinned down to a system or tradition per say although if i was pressed it would be wherever the ancestors lead me to be.
Very nice! I hear you about avoiding being pinned down, I call myself very generically an “occultist” for pretty much the same reason. I’m from England and it was the same in my family, and I grew up reading collected folk tales by Winifred Finlay.

What, exactly, do you practice, and how long have you been practicing?
I do not practice any specific type of magick. I do have a fascination with norse mythology and also demonology. I am still learning and mostly do meditation and my own spellwork. I do have a draw towards Lilith, and want to do research on her.
What are your areas of interest?
Love magick is the main reason I started an interest in the occult. I want to know how to attain the love and affection from someone in particular. However I also do want to just become a more powerful soul in general. I want to gain strength physically and spiritually.
Started around last April, been surrounded by people involved in the occult for years. As most women in my life are witches. But only started practicing last spring.
hello, I’m from from Iraq, I was interested in magick from a young age, stopped for few years, and became interested in eastern religions, yoga and so on. I’m 27 now and back to magick. I got off the chair and started actually practicing magick for around 6 months now. I’m mainly interested in energy work, ceremonial magick and lhp.
im doing lbrp, lirp, middle pillar, vampirism and trying to open my senses because i want to work with servitors while studying about demons for when i have the senses and ready to work with them
I’m Dinamiq from the Caribbean. I’m extremely new to this; Chaos Magick caught my attention and dragged me into this rabbit hole . My first practice was pretty straightforward (it was my intention to work with Sallos, even tho I was -still- a newbie and it somehow worked -I say somehow bc as a beginner my senses are underdeveloped so I was not sure if I contacted/communicated with him properly- ) and the reason why I originally joined the forum was to publicly thanks Sallos for the help < 3, that was my offering.
I’ve always been attracted to all kind of symbolism, specially eyes and spirals; I got extremely lazy and overwhelmed with the amount of info you can find on so many different topics I didn’t even know where to start. I’m back on track and been meditating and getting info on working with Lucifer, I’ve heard he is kind to beginners.
Where I am now my vision of the world is shattered so I decided to take a new road. Im exploring and open to everything when it comes to magick, your guidance will be much appreciated < 3!
