You could try the “Contact Me” spell. This uses music but no other props, no oils and no candles. This is aimed for when there’s a that for manifestation though - i.e. the person has your contact details.
This person doesn’t know you and has no way to contact you?
So you need to think of how they will get that information in a practical sense and include that manifesting in your working.
For example, visualise a chance meeting with him when you go to Berlin. Maybe you cross pats in the office, or at a bar or restaurant in the evening and you go up and introduce yourself. You have to make that connection, magick can assist but he can’t want what he doesn’t know exists.
