Most of you ask how to cast an intranquil spirit (anima sola) spell I’m here to ask how to cast it out?
They say simple uncrossing & protection spell won’t help so do anyone have an idea to cast it out before it cause more harm…
I’m a newbie so I’m asking those who work with angels I’m not yet ready to jump into “LHP” But I think some of you are grey mages/witches
The intranquil spirit, ultimately, is still a deceased that was once human. With that in mind there are ways to handling it.
You may find a Divine or Entity that has authority of the Dead, such as Hades, but Hel would be the best choice without a doubt, to overpower and completely disarm it. Hel was given supreme dominion over the dead by Odin himself; If She wanted to, She could take every warrior slain and the Valkyries cannot stop Her, but She doesn’t act tyrannical in that regard. The spirit cannot defy Her, being that it is still a passed on just wandering. Just ensure to invest time and effort towards Her and She can help.
You may actually handle the spirit on your own and interact with it as you do a person. Although, you MUST have a strong will against a spirit like this and be essentially relentless in demanding it out and stay gone.
You can bamboozle, as I call it, the spirit’s efforts by creating a sigil or symbol that is specifically intended for whenever that entity acts onto you or comes near you to cause harm, rather than it decaying your standing, it empowers you and expands on it more and more. The entity only does what it was commanded to do, and it won’t comprehend it now bettering you.
If you believe the spell has been cast on you, Talia Felix in her book The Intranquil Spirit has a few ways to break it. The simplest is to bath in the water that you cut 7 limes in half, squeeze all the juice into the water also adding the fruit. Air dry and don’t bathe again for 24 hours. The day you bathe wait until sun is down then empty water at a crossroads or in moving body of water. Also she says limes should come from 7 different trees or bought from 7 different shops. For added strength burn a 7 color uncrossing candle. She also has other methods based on hoodoo, Santeria, and brujeria. Perform protective workings to prevent the return of the spirit. I’m a beginner & the person attacking me is advanced I sometimes want to just give up she works with dieties/demons etc.
It seems to me you are your worst enemy however I wont indulge in this rgiht now.Check out Lesser Banishing Ritual of The Pentagram, google should be enough for this.Also Gallery of Magick has couple of good and beginner friendly books on this subject.
Dont let yourself fall into oh im just a beginner, she works with demons/deities, and has x years more experience trap. Fuck her.
Have you made/heard of a witches bottle yet? If you use the LBRP that littleshart suggested, you can make (and maybe ought to anyway) an easy and effective defense for the future.
First, pick a bottle you like - go to a thrift store or even the dollar store - find one you want to make your witches bottle.
I make mine in layers. I decide my elements, and then i ritualistically craft it, surrounding myself with the different layers. Be creative. I favor protective herbs like Rosemary, Angelica, Periwinkle, bay leaves, though im planning a new one with my deadly green children 
Anyway, i also i collect things like spiderwebs, broken shards of mirror, nails/pins, brew some herbs into a tea. I make the gathering the ingredients as part of the ritual - i smirk, hum and sway and collect them, knowing that whatever foe sends me something wicked is going to be fucking wrecked - keep that in mind always. For the plants, since i grow them, i touch them and talk to them about aiding me in my purpose, buuuut even without the living plants accessible, i think talking to the herb matter, flattering it is still an excellent way to get the buy-in of the plant spirit.
Anyway, create a circle. I ask the elements for aid - and call to them. lustral water, candles, incense, a bowl of earth, etc. I add the ingredients ive gathered one at a time - with my words i give them their purpose, and with my mind i create their function, and speak of what they will accomplish for me in the bottle, and what will happen to the one who sends some malefic work my way.
So for instance the spiderwebs: imagine a clear blue sky, and yet, something silky and thin glimmers on the wind - oh no! too late! its caught and snared - envision that “negative” force or horrid girl being consumed by a hungry spider or cut to ribbons by the threads themselves, as you add it to your bottle.
or the mirror pieces: as they drop, imagine them coating your skin, in waves washing over you, and you reflect back - return whats sent from whence it came.
or setting the bayleaves on fire as you drop them in - imagine a searing ring of burning flame surrounding you - hear the screams of your enemies burning alive, the negative forces burning up in ash and smoke, all while you calmly, and confidently, drop the burning leaves into the liquids within.
and do the same for whatever other ingredients you choose. you get the idea: be creative.make it yours.
i correspond mine to the elements, so i have different layers of the traditional: earth, fire, water, wind. also add pieces of you: fingernails, blood, hair, and/or piss. whatever suits you.
at the end of it, cork and seal with wax. i hang mine but some bury.
This sounds so simple, but don’t overthink it. Look at your situation like this:
You are your own being and are in control of you. Nobody else, unless you allow it. Currently you are allowing her to affect you by intimidating you with whatever she has coming out of her mouth.
What she says, she is verbally trying to “give” you the belief of whatever negativity she “supposedly” afflicting.
If someone is giving you something, you never have to accept it, you can turn anything down.
Take this for example:
“You’re getting your just desserts for doing (literally anything the hissy fitty twat says)”
“Nah. Not feelin it, I got all I need thanks though.”
Using this kind of an Alchemic Mindset, you just completely negated what the person was hexing you with and deflected it away with no effort.
Each time she comes towards you, speaks to you, or even when you think of her or whatever she has said, just keep “Nope”ing it. That is the simplest ideas I got.
