Well, that spell didn’t help me at all. However, as it seems, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. So I guess you could give it a try.
Personally I resonate well with the Javanese version. Haven’t tried the English version yet. Might as well try it and see how it goes. Seemingly I find spells and chants in foreign language working much easier (probably because of the conscious/subconscious bypass factor).

Update: this is still really working for me as originally written in Javanese. Maybe adapting it will work well for others, but the original is a big win in my experience.

I pronounced it like “Poon Toon Dook”. Not sure if that’s right, but it’s been working like clockwork for me.

and javanese is not malaysian. it is some tribe in Indonesia.
