So a while ago I stumbled upon the revision technique by Neville Goddard on reddit and found amazing success stories.
I’ve been wanting to try it but didn’t really know what I should try it with but today I had my chance because I injured my knee today.
I had been running today for the first time in about a year and my knees tend to hurt every now and then out of nowhere and running is going to obviously hurt my knees though it’s mostly only one knee that hurts at a time. Anyways after about an hour or two my right knee started hurting and the pain kept increasing and as I was finally going to bed I thought about doing the revision technique.
I did it and after doing it I decided to go to the bathroom once again before going to sleep and the pain was gone. I can still feel something, very very little but the pain is almost 100% gone in just seconds after revisioning it.
Good to hear a fellow Neville Goddard student here! Is it your success story or it’s from reddit?
Actually manifesting is super hard for me, I didn’t grasp the concept very well. Because I find it hard to change my state.
I personally don’t worry about falling asleep doing it… it’s something I like to do when I’m settling down and getting sleepy… I mean I’m gonna fall asleep soon then without too much extra getting in the way and I’m in a relaxed state
Concentrate on being relaxed… so relaxed you could near drop off when you do it
All he really means is be in a state your less alert so it’s going into your subconscious
Neville is an amazing teacher but one person he’s expanding on is the words attributed to Jesus … when you ask, believe you have received for example
Neville sees Jesus as really being your own imagination
Imagine you have the desire… really imagine it, don’t imagine what it might be like to have it… or dream or having it… the trick is to conjure up inside yourself exactly what it feels like that you already have it
This is where controlling and mastering your emotions is key and meditation helps immensely to train yourself
I find it is much harder if I’m in a depressed state for example, and then I would either not bother until I lift my vibes either by finding something funny or just waiting till I feel better… or I use guided meditations to assist me in getting from one state to another
Tell yourself ok I’m gonna spend a few minutes feeling exactly as if I already am… whatever
I Am… that I am
Basically don’t think about how it will occur or happen
Just imagine you already possess it and forget working out the details
The details you want to focus on is how does it feel to have it. You have it, and what does that feel like?
Like I own a car, what car? a Mercedes, what model? Imagine you already own that car and what it feels like being it’s owner
Or I’m in a really happy relationship… what’s my partner like? How does it feel to be their partner? How does it make me feel to be in this happy relationship?
Or I aced my exam, how does it feel that I passed and passed so well? What am I considering now I’ve aced my exam? Am I applying to a job or college?
Disclaimer: I’m actually not in possession of a white Mercedes, I’m single and I’m not studying for an exam! … trying to give you examples of how you think from having
@anon69037110 I will check the channel out thank you
@Jose_Dou It’s my own success story. going to post some links from reddits success stories!
@John_Wick I didn’t fall asleep. I just revisioned it. I didn’t get in any state really. I just saw in my mind what the problem was and then imagined what I wanted it to be and done.
@anon8398376 I’ve always had problems with me knees hurting out of nowhere and trouble walking when they do but they always stop after a day or few days so I’ve never really gotten it checked because it’s not that much of a problem. I’ll see what that’s about because I can’t have my knees keep getting pains (not the same as when they appear out of nowhere as when I’m running) because spring is around the corner and it’s time to start running again.
I think I already applied the law in the past few months. But did not use revision.
I was studying for a really hard exam, which has only 30% success rate. I had only 3 weeks to prepare for it. I worked my ass off, but deep down I was sure that I’ll pass it. I fell asleep every night knowing that everything will be okay and didn’t even worry the slightest.
Turns out I aced it with an excellent score, despite the harsh conditions I was in.
Revision is about changing the past to change the future outcome. Lets say you didn’t ace your test and you failed. You’d then revision it as if you did. the outcome could be that the teacher has to regrade it or the paper was lost so you’d have to take it again and this time ace it.
as with my knee that I hurt. I revisioned it to have never hurt in the first place and suddenly it stops hurting because it never happened. you revision it to the point that you believe that the new past is what really happened.
sorry if you don’t understand. I suck at explaining things
No you gave a clear explanation of it. I’ll research it then or read about it.
The concept of revision is very absurd and irrational to me, but I’m sure Neville knows what he’s talking about. The only way to learn it is to test it.
Thank you and I hope your knee will always be okay
A bit of time ago it occurred me a generic idea (probably already stated, though), that the desired situation exists at an astral level or such… This may help with not seeing it physically.
With my extremely basic beginner limited knowledge of Kaballah I’m going to say yes, thoughts are things … if you can think of it it exists on some plane
Everything you want you already possess in some form, even if only as a desire
So the way you possess it in this plane might simply be by you having a desire for it- but if you have a desire you can manifest it
We don’t always follow through and birth our desires but the potential always exists I believe for manifesting it into this plane
