Plus the solar energy is connected to our solar plexus chakra, the chakra that holds our raw power.

Enter mediation
Focus your attention
Under your flesh
Feel a pressure
Underneath your skin
And just know
That this is your astral body.
Feel the sensation of the astral form
Underneath your skin
And the focus on the building pressure
Visualise the astral form
Grow slightly and
pushing against the skin
As if your astral form is about to break free
But contain this position
Of your astral self
Vibrate " Sol "
Vibrate this mantra
And visualise a miniature
Sun above your head
As you vibrate the mantra
Visualise the energy
Enter your astral body
Visualise the astral body’s
Energetic Veins
and nerves
Allow the energy to
enter the nerves and veins
When the astral body’s nerves
Are energised
, visualise the alchemical
Seal of the sun in your Chest
Visualise it shine with fiery light.
Inhale deeply
Feeling all the energy you
Just inhaled flowed down
To the seal of the sun
To unlock its power.
Then Vibrate ‘sol’ Again
Allowing for this solar
Power to course through you.
Now you’re nerves
And energetic veins are
Full of this solar power.
Visualise in your core
Of your stomach
The alchemical symbol
Mercury which represents
The spirit.
Mediate on the combination
Of two of these symbols
Flowing their power within you.
The solar and spirit energy
Allows to lock in
The solar energy
In the spirit body aka astral body.
