Energy body questions

I would like to start out by stating that I am not certain this is my energy body. Just the feeling I am getting that says it is. Ok so ill give a little back ground before diving in. I’ve been doing a lot of energy work lately. Trying to raise kundalini, using tactile body imagery, and storing energy in the crown and root.
