First of all, I’ve already done a lot of searching here on the forum and well, maybe the words I used had an influence on that, but I didn’t find anything about this subject, at least not about the question itself. I used to enjoy waking up early just to do that, and it’s been two days since the 40 days, which I saw being recommended here on the forum, were completed, and I kind of miss waking up early just to do that, haha. It gave me an incentive to seek a purpose, you know?
And that’s why I wanted to know if it’s recommended to continue with the Ignition of the Black Sun even after this 40-day period? I continue to contemplate the Sun daily, as Kurtis says in the book, but I really didn’t understand that part very well…
I’d say, take a break from the working, do that purposefully as if you were cycling a supplement or gym workout, and use the time to pep for another run.
Your energy system will have become more fit to run the energy, but it’s hard to get visibility into and it sounds like it’s not there yet. 40 days it pretty arbitrary, that’s like telling someone they will bench 200lb in 40 days, but with muscles we all understand that that’s dependent on your starting point and the quality of your lifestyle plus the training. People don’t get that it’s the same with energy work - as above so below. You’re training for a new skill but flying blind, so there’s no reason to doubt you made progress, it just needs a bit more than 40 days.
Keep it! Go for a run, a gym session, yoga/tai chi or do a sun bathing or cleansing that will help prepare your body better to handle the energy flow. The physical and spirit are so closely intertwined, you can only get so far with energy work before the blocks get in the way, and the easiest and fastest way to clear them is to work out, and at lot of them clear by themselves.
