So tonight I was walking my dog who is a little one so out of nowhere there comes this bitch who has a huge dog who attacked other little dogs in the past and I witnessed that myself twice.
The bitch has a dog walker during the day so her and the fat husband only walk the dog in the evening and at weekends. And they never have that ugly monster on a lead.
The dog walker is their neighbour and always walks the dog on a lead and keeps away from other dogs, she even warned me once that the big dog has attacked little ones in the past so we are keeping our distance, I always keep my dog on a lead.
Tonight I bumped into her with no lead AGAIN for the dog and she tries to be friendly and come close and of course her dog came close and I was walking away and she kept on invading our space so I told her she should have the dog on the lead. OMG… it was like she went under demonic possession instantly, she started screaming, calling me names… threatening with ‘do you know who I am?’… as far as I know (I am in England) she is a council estate loser based on where she lives lol…
She told me she would beat me up, came to an inch of my face with chest forward and arms spread to the side telling me … yes bitch I would beat you up… she was provoking me… I looked into her eyes and thought ‘you will fucking have a stoke soon and your dog will drop dead soon’ while I was smiling to her face…
The funny thing is she did not even make me mad, she was like some disturbing noise like a mosquito but nothing that a slap on the wall won’t put to rest lol.
But she did piss me off although I am so fucking calm is unreal. I just want her messed up big time … so messed up so she forgets about bullying people.
What can do for that? who shall I summon?
I was looking at her fake teeth while she was in my face and thought ‘you bitch will drop dead’ but I need more than that.
In many countries it’s illegal to 1) keep a dog without a Lead and 2) threath people, so I’d tell her I’m making a report on her/actually do it. Secondly I’d try to implant thoughts on her so that she would start keeping the dog on a lead. I doubt any hex/curse to make her life miserable would remove the actual problem, which is her behavior. Thirdly I must say, it’s not the dog’s fault the owner is an idiot bitch, I’d leave the dog alone but report the authorities the owner is putting him and others in danger.
Good advice. Dogs with no leads is illegal here too, there are signs about it everywhere. Thank you.

I reported her ass. I was dwelling on it but decided it is the best thing to do in case she decides to harass me if I bump into her again.So I have further ammo.
First off I’d Destroy her Defenses and Bind her from causing further trouble - as in the book Angels of Wrath. Then you can work through the whole book if you like lol. Plenty in there…You could also do a Force Exile on her to make her move away. I used this book many times on psycho work colleagues. Never let me down yet. One psycho bully is still fcukd up 4 years later from it. Just be clear what you want to happen when stating your request

I wanted to update this…
So the event happened on 6th Dec 2023.
I only lit a black candle and wished bad to the crazy woman.
Avoided her in RL… saw her from a distance a couple of times only in 2024 and avoided her.
In October 2024 I bumped into her with her dog again and could not avoid her, she was about to get into her building and I was heading to the park and I could not avoid her… she stopped, stared at me… I did not look at her… she made a couple of steps closer and said: ‘You know, about the last time… I want to apologize, it was wrong to speak like that to you, I am sorry’.
I did not look at her and continued walking but I said ‘Thank you’.
Now I heard her dog was put to sleep in November for some kidney problem…
I guess sometimes just wishing someone bad things takes care of the problem, no particular spells needed.
