Right on see what she is trying to do is get a reaction out of you to use as “evidence” to paint a false perception of you in the mind of others in order to isolate you and discredit you to make it easier to torment you, because if she manages to convince everyone you are a liar who is only seeking attention and you will find yourself alone and without anyone to have your back. She will be able to get away with doing anything she wants to you while also making it next to impossible to escape the situation. That is why it is important to not let your emotions get the best of you (easier said than done I know) and/or act rashly…
You would be best to act confident and build a support system by surrounding yourself with positive like minded individuals who can take your side.

Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
