I want to pay someone for a ritual but what should I even ask them to know they are not a scammer? I already know what person I would want to ask for that because they offer affordable services in my currency but I need to be sure she’s trustworthy. Is there anything I could ask her to check?

Why not ask similar questions we ask in the intro to see what her experience is?
- Do you have any practical experience in magick? - Ask for examples.
- If so, what exactly do you practice and how long have you practiced?
- Do you follow any specific system or tradition?
- What are your areas of specialty?
Also we have the 90 day rule here, which allows people to build up some posting history that gives people an idea of their general outlook and skills - so you can ask her for similar in the sense of, does she have any testimonials or reviews from people she has worked with in the past? Does she have a blog or media you can look at to get a feel for her energetically?
Does she have a refund policy if you back out before she does any work?
What if she needs to buy supplies - do you buy them, does she keep any leftovers?
Does she expect a testimonial?
If it doesn’t work in a given amount of time will she do a free reading to find out why or are you cut loose and on your own after she’s done?
Will she record the ritual in photos or video and send it to you?
Can you be there at the ritual?
