I get you, the few times i talk about my spiritual/experiences or that i can see or comunicate with other beings, the person makes me feel less, even if the person is being abit supportive or at least not calling me crazy, i can stil feel they dont really believe me, and so it almost makes me feel like giving up and forget about wanting to grow spiritually. 
Thats why I’ve also thought i want a non-physical friend or mentor. I mean my spirit guides are like friends and family though

I’ve done so but only at my own risk, so I wouldn’t recommend you to do so. I recently tried to do so after not communicating with him for years and I felt like I was being flocked by entities until he came to remind them and me of our place in the grand scheme of things. I do believe he protected me my very first time calling out to him but he also did mark me. Our experiences can differ so I would strongly suggest you protect yourself before calling out to anyone.
