I usually use that technique to pore breathe elements, concepts, ideas…
I was playing my usual pop music playlist and i have an idea, what if i tried to breathe it.

I chose a song with good mood and positive lyrics.

I take one moment to “feel” which colors, smells, emotions that music creates in my mind.

i pore breathe. I imagine my body is made of the song.

while i hold my breathe, i feel all those elements.

i breathe them out to my aura.

i repeat til the song ends.

i hold one moment and i see what i feels.
After trying with a very poppy song, i realised i totally forgot my problems of the day.
I then try again with a more trance/rave one.
I focus on what that music makes me think of : freedom, getting out of my human conditions…
I “see” it as a tornado, mixing dark blue and violet.
At the end of the sessions, everything feels more beautiful around me. I noticed feelings of enjoyment i didn’t feel in a long time.
