I tried to pore breathe music.... Here's what happened

I usually use that technique to pore breathe elements, concepts, ideas…

I was playing my usual pop music playlist and i have an idea, what if i tried to breathe it.

  1. I chose a song with good mood and positive lyrics.

  2. I take one moment to “feel” which colors, smells, emotions that music creates in my mind.

  3. i pore breathe. I imagine my body is made of the song.

  4. while i hold my breathe, i feel all those elements.

  5. i breathe them out to my aura.

  6. i repeat til the song ends.

  7. i hold one moment and i see what i feels.

After trying with a very poppy song, i realised i totally forgot my problems of the day.

I then try again with a more trance/rave one.

I focus on what that music makes me think of : freedom, getting out of my human conditions…

I “see” it as a tornado, mixing dark blue and violet.

At the end of the sessions, everything feels more beautiful around me. I noticed feelings of enjoyment i didn’t feel in a long time.

I have done something similar too. I was under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms, and I do listen to lots of music that are relatable for me. I have seen myself that I play the instrument that I want on that song, see closed eye visuals, like vivid visions of myself inside the song, or the song’s meaning playing like little mind movies then I can feel within me colors of the song and see them in my close eye visuals. I even had crystal vlear visions of myself in first person back in the 70s, driving a convertible while the sun was setting on the bayside while the song was playing on the stereo. The song was from a really popular disco/pop band back in the 70s from our country, so imagine what I can feel, see and stuff . It was epic and I carried the vibe till the trip ended
