I had sex with a girl on her period. She did not tell me if not I would not have. Now I have been having the worse badluck in my life. Things have been so difficult. I want the bad luck to go away permanently.

I don’t see why these are related. 
Try workings for good luck, you’re not cursed or anything like that. But you could have made it so by worrying about it. You can manifest what you fear.

Yes, you are right if the person is doing a menaes ritual or a spell that needs it. I didnt even know she was on her period. She did not tell me.
In christianity, Islam, African religious practices, etc it is considered unclean.

Unclean means unhygienic not bad luck. This is all in your mind. You didn’t need to manifest a curse of yourself through fear, cleanse and banish yourself in any way that makes you feel like you’re clean again physically and spiritually and you’re good.
