Ok I got the Info to do Sauron but I dont understand why ! Sauron is from a Movie and I am Not shure How something should work when it is fiction from a Movie !

You have to consider the history of the development of these things, hen it’s obvious why a great many beings don’t have any of these things.
There’s no reason Sauron, a modern invention by J. R. R. Tolkien, would have sigils which come from the monks of the medieval era, or enns from demonolatry as he’s not a demon.
What you can say is the character exists as an egregore - a thought form in the mind of man, contributed to by every person to red the books, and to a certain extent by those who watched the moved, though less so as movie don’t gave you the same opportunity to think things through. Humans are creator beings, and can co-create ideas together.
There’s a few ways to create sigils for beings that don’t have them - you basically make them up out of thin air. The “Rose Cross” method and online sigil generators can give you an air of authenticity if you like.
For a ritual, anything you find will be relatively untested UPG, but you can try it or make something up. Once you have a sigil you can evoke it and ask it questions same as any astral (ie mental) being. For an example, a member ere used to evoke the Daedric Princes from Elder Scrolls - if he can do that you can evoke Sauron.

You could do something with the Power Puff Girls if you wanted. You have more information about Sauron than any Demon or Angel. Yes, it is fiction but people used the Simon Necronomicon which was based on Mesopotamian Myths but again was mostly fiction.
