Hypothesis on How to Use Magic, Biohacking, and Personal Development to Achieve Real Physical Transformation

Hello friends. I’ve been researching posts on this topic and I’ve noticed that many people believe changing your physical state and becoming what young people call a “Chad” is impossible. Yet no one doubts that magic can kill a human being. So to me, thinking that transformation is impossible makes no sense — if we can destroy another person’s body through magic, why couldn’t we modify our own?

The main problem is that most people don’t see the body as a vast interconnected system that defines its own development: genes, epigenetics, environment, mental state, stress, nutrition, and rest.

For example, if our goal is to appear more masculine — to have broad shoulders and a defined jawline — most people only focus on the symptom, such as trying to lengthen the jawbone. They ignore the larger web of factors that influence development. Poor posture increases the likelihood of mouth breathing, which raises postural cortisol levels and reduces sleep quality. That in turn makes you less disciplined and more prone to temptation, lowering your ability to produce masculine hormones.

This weakens your capacity to compete for status among other men, and someone with higher testosterone and a more competitive nature ends up taking your girlfriend, your job, and the “alpha” position in the group. This creates a downward spiral that feeds on itself through stress and frustration.

If our goal is to enhance the jawline or any other aspect of the body, we must remove every obstacle in our lives — eliminate negative habits and adopt those that allow testosterone to rise, while maintaining proper posture and breathing. To do that, we must combine magic with strategic effort, confronting each obstacle one by one.

For instance, if your job causes intense stress and crushes your testosterone, you’ll need to make a radical change. If your neighbors make too much noise and prevent you from sleeping eight hours, and you have no physical way to fix it, that’s a situation where magic can be used as a tool.

If you don’t know how to count calories or follow a testosterone-supportive diet, you can use layered magic combined with personal discipline to achieve it. The core idea is to stop focusing only on the symptom and instead address the full environment that prevents your body from developing naturally and reaching its highest potential.

And if age seems like an obstacle, use magic and refine your habits to the highest possible level to boost your testosterone. I don’t believe it’s impossible to use magic to stimulate growth hormone production over time — the key is to align will, energy, and consistent action toward the same biological and spiritual goal.

This stupid red pill nonsense is BS. There is no such thing as an “alpha male” in human society and never has been. It’s just something some internet basement dweller made up. And please be aware that gender politics are prohibited on this forum.

With that being said, if you’re interested in using magick to manipulate the physical body, I recommend the book Inner alchemy by Taylor Ellwood.

One of the basic tenets of magick is that a strong body leads to a strong mind and hence better magick.

If you check out the Health, Beauty & Shapeshifting category we have a few posts about changing your body with magick, from using magick to curb addictions, to healing to changing your physical body.

I’m a big fan of biohacking, working out, fasting including dry fasting, and combining that with healing entities - especially lately I’ve got back into working with Michale Small-Wright’s MAP system with great success to heal intractable issues like allergies where you need to heal methylation and damage to your DNA to fix it.

But a lot of the basic health stuff is off-topic for a magick forum, so posts like that do nee to be in the context of magick. People can get the inspiration and then they should do their research as there are much better sourced with all the details for biochemistry and longevity practices than little ole me.
