Dude I know😅 I use satania’s work too I thought an hour and 20 minutes is a bit much I tried yesterday to get my mind into theta waves with binaural beats while sleeping with in the same playlist some of satania’s videos but YouTube just stopped it after one video my logic was trying to sleep in theta waves the same waves as meditation to be sleeping in a meditative state while listening to it
I also made a sigil of the video sigil to put under my pillow to while listening taking in energy from the same sigil

Imo, and as you know, I think we are spirits incarnate into different kinds of beings. Right now we are human. Imo (at the moments), I think incubus or succubus is another kind of incarnation.
This means, in my worldview, in order for you to become a member of any different species, including incubus, you’d have to leave your human ape (die) and incarnate (be born) into an incubus.
Because a spirit is a spirit, there aren’t different types of spirit, only those with bigger libraries of past life experiences. A soul is the combination of that spirit with a mind with a personality, and optionally, also with an animal with it’s own mind, body and emotions (or a biosuit but I digress).
