Have you never heard about this lovely thing called a search function? It’s in the upper right of your screen. There are a very many threads pertaining to this subject.

you could write about your progress and experience here Hellblazer, the guide from Succupedia is a good start, also do some research on your own, there is alot of information on the topic, but because we are all different some things that work for others might not work for you.
