A spiritual rebirth can be done by many ways like asking spirits,going into places of spiritual torment like the lake of fire,abyss or the void and simply dissolve and be destroyed then rouse lots of power.

Yes I do chakra enhancing meditation. I donāt like chakras anyway. I am planning to merge mine together into one.
I cannot project or speak to spirits in the first place. How would i be able to do that?

I do sorta sense a bit of fear in you. Although you desperately want to astral project are you scared also? This too could be holding you back.

Well thats good. Keep working on itā¦ but in a relaxed way if you know what i mean. Every night when you go to bed. Relaxationā¦deep relaxationā¦trance so imagine you are going down in a lift, or down a spral staircaseā¦deeper deeper down and this will bring you into trance state. Become aware of your energy body, imagine it getting bigger. Look up the rope technique, that could work for you. Trust that it WILL happen. Sometimes we want something so badly we actually stop.it from happening. Relax and let go, have faith, its not a matter of IF it happens, its WHEN will it happen
