Is there a spell that can do that? a ritual to evoke my astral body and give an extreme connection of my consciousness to it?
When you die its like astral projecting, at the star anyway. You move out of your body into your astral or spirit body with full consciousness.
Many people don’t say that. If you read in this forum, many people say after death you just go back to source and reincarnate. You don’t have consciousness after death. They also say unless your astral body is trained, it will die.
They say it requires magick and solidification to still have consciousness after death. extreme spiritual power

Maybe evoking a specific demon to help with astral travel. I think the demon Shatan can help with astral travel. Maybe look into working with him, that I think would be more powerful than a spell. He could guide you.

I have tried evoking spirits to help me project with no luck.
Everyone has there own idea but imo theres a process when you die, at the star its v much like astral projection then you eventually forget even being alive here as you go through the different planes and eventually back to source or re incarnated. I suppose no one knows for sure and it could actually be a completely different experience for each individual depending on their beliefs.
You probably project already and overthink things too much. In which case you probably need to re-evaluate things.

I am listening to lucid dream meditations in the hopes to achieve astral projection from the dream state. This seems to give the best results to people. The problem is, the energy frequency basically hurts my brain. Feels like my brain is on fire.

Agreed. Most people project while theyre asleep and dont know about it. Def overthinking is a recipe for failure.

I would advise to stop doing that, its maybe not the one for you. You shouldnt be experiencing physical pain so thats def a sign you shouldnt listen to that particular one. Ive heard too that its supposed to be a gd for astral travel through a lucid dream. Im not aware that ive done it that way but i know its supposed to work for alot of people.

This is up to you can start all over but what i do when i destroy myself i dont lose myself i lose my inner mechanics i get all its power and even more than that in the nothingness of transfiguration.

I mean when practicing projection you most likely succeed and due to what you have been told you overthink it assuming it’s suppose to be a certain way and people telling you it’s difficult to do such and such when it’s not.

I don’t feel like I am out of my body though
If I was having a projection, I would be able to speak with spirits to help me with some things, but I cannot because I have not projected

The best for obe is complete relaxation. So in bed at night maybe start with relaxing meditation, listening to binaural beats through headphones is v good for getting into theta/gamma state. I cant emphasise the importance enough of complete relaxation, going into trance state and no tension in body whatsoever. Do you do any chakra work, having a gd strong flow of energy in chakras helps provide astral body with energy making obe easier.
