Ive been doing some research about servitors, and I am curious how to make them more powerful? I also saw that that the need time to gain there powers, but is there way to get them powered up faster? Thanks

Same as with yourself - practice with them. They will train up and the techniques get easier and smoother and faster every time you use them.

In addition to Mulberry’s answer, try to notice any positive developments or coincidences that could be attributed to your servitor. If you had a money servitor, notice any good luck around money you have and attribute it to that servitor and feel gratitude towards them. If that luck was caused by your servitor then you noticing and giving them credit is a reward and gives them energy. If the luck had nothing to do with the servitor then you are showing them what you want from them. Either way it helps.
