How to Kundalini?

I’m wanting to do Kundalini but how to do it because I see a lot on Google I prefer to practice Kundalini without meditating because I don’t think that is achievable with how my life progresses and without psychic senses

You can’t do Kundalini without meditating, as that is how it works. You use your mind to do the work, meaning the think about it, i.e. meditate on it as that is what meditating is - concentration for an extended period.

It doesn’t usually just come by itself, although if it does (very rare) it’s often painful and disastrous to the unprepared body. Part of the aim of the meditation is to expand and open you inner energy body gently over time, to be able to handle the kundalini rising safely.

Yeah its really quite painful even to the prepared body, I’m still very much in the process of integrating it fully to my being (consciousness) and yes it took quit longer than I expected.. (Nothing on this path ever followed my expectations, it’s all about obscurity and misery, probably why the first tarot card is the ‘‘FOOL’').. But I love the experience tho and more to come cuz the end of this phase will actually be the real beginning :100:

There are no “Guarded secrets of the LHP”, as if the left hand path was some mysterious cult and there’s gatekeepers who know everything - there are none. It’s just a collection of philosophies and no one owns it.

Preaching dogma is against the rules on this forum.

I won’t state the method here since its one of the guarded secrets of LHP

Huh, well, this is some bullshit.

Self promotion as in “I have the secrets it you go look at my other posts” is against the rules, and not a helpful discussion contribution.

If you have something of to say, just post it in thread please and don’t make people jump through hoops to find out what you mean. … Post removed. Speak, or do not.

The entire point of students of the occult helping each other is that we need no gurus.

The answers are all within, we ll know this, all the books and ideas just point the way, but you have to do the work yourself, no-one can just hand power to you, you have to try - not via a spirit, subliminals, a spell - there are no shortcuts. And if you can’t find your answers within you won’t understand any explanation anyway.

I had one unexpectedly in bed one night it occurred around the time I was in the process of joining an active club after deciding to step up my fitness.

I had a sharp pain in the center of my back that had persisted for months prior which unbeknown to me at the time was actually from tension on my chakra it felt like a solid rock the energy was so dense.

That night as I was lying in bed browsing social media researching the organization I was applying to join, it started moving upwards into my chest. My heart was beating so fast it was unreal and at first I didn’t know if I was going into cardiac arrest and then my body started vibrating and pulsating and I thought maybe I was having a seizure, but I began to notice a pattern to the vibration and my level of consciousness was peaking where as I assumed if it were a seizure I would have blacked out. (Not sure on that it was just how my brain was processing the experience trying to figure out what was happening to me)

Now I was already aware of the term and a rough idea of what a Kundalini was and as this persisted the vibrations became stronger and stronger and I began to feel like a rubber band or a guitar string that had been plucked and I felt a massive amount of energy throughout my body in association with the movement itself.

That was when I decided that I was not seizing, but that this was a Kundalini experience. It was like the vibration was being emitted from this ball of energy which I was trying to push back down when it first entered my chest because of how scared I was before I recognized what was going on and that caused my legs and feet to vibrate. So after I realized what was really going on I stopped fighting it and tried to instead move it upwards into my crown chakra expecting a profound psychic experience if I could manage to do so.

Unfortunately it was just way too much energy to focus directly into my crown chakra for me at least and I had to stop and ride it out as it dispersed throughout my entire body. I honestly thought my entire body was going to snap in half or that every bone in my body might shatter from the strength of the vibration for a good ten or fifteen minutes.

It was an incredibly intense experience and I have been regularly doing tantric yoga alongside my physical workouts ever since trying to harness as much of that energy as possible rather than let it collect and try to implode my physical body again.
