The Erinyes, otherwise known as the Furies, Chthonic Goddesses of Vengeance in ancient Greek religion and Myth. Often invoked in ancient curses on people who double back on their word or don’t live up to the expectations and norms of the day. How does one call upon on them ritually to ask for their assistance exactly?
I don’t see why it would be different than anyone else. We have several invocation tutorials, like this one:

Tradionally one would create a curse tablet and use the Orphic hymn to the Furies. Which is fairly perilous, they are not very discriminate about whom they choose to punish. Summoners are often targets with the Furies.
It’s better to call upon Hades and ask for him to send forth the Furies to your target.

And does the ritual follow the same format?
Essentially yes. But make sure to clean yourself of ask miasma before approaching Greek Deities. It’s not strictly necessary, but they do appreciate it.
