How to help an animal

Hi, My landlord has a water turtle and leave it in a bucket plastic very little water sometimes no water at all; i can hear them animal trying to scape For hours but i can’t do NOTHING, here even when people beat their kids theres no punishment so they didnt even reply to me (it’s illegal but they dont care).
I wanna know if theres a way to make a group ritual to make this person treat better and respect this animal; i tried offering three days of fasting to kurma but had no results and im also very stressed cuz i have many problems going on and this it’s heart breaking so i need help to help this animal.
Ive read the rules and seems like the post doesnt break any, hopefully you can share info or let me know if it’s another way to post this or to give more info, i have a picture and full name btw.

Honestly I’d just buy the turtle from that guy, no magick involved -.- Sorry if that’s not the answer you’re looking for but I think it’s not always magick required but appropriate actions first. Wouldn’t hurt to make the guy suffer as well, a tiny curse so that he feels the pain he caused to the animal would suffice I’d say. And why curse? Because from my experience, people that treat animals badly never change. And they often transfer such treatment to humans. All in all, worthless garbage.

I’m with Shereth, you could buy the turtle, or you could buy them a better vessel to keep it in, like a large aquarium, etc. as a gift. If they refuse then you’d have the receipt to return it. You could try sigil magick to make them more empathetic to the turtle and maybe suggest it to them in conversation, also.

Many people including myself had point out but this person wash down the situation and because most of people dont see turtles as sentient beings like they do with some other animals nothing happens, about the sigil i made one but didnt get results, thats why i asked kurma but neighter got results.

@AOA You already made a post in the request thread. But it’s very vague.

Bumping this thread with cross-reference for visibility.

The above posts are good ideas, but I must still recommend to do all you can in the real world physically as well, since an animal is being neglected in real time. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this though, seeing people act like that towards animals is heartbreaking.
