I think a lot and I can’t stop. I want find inner peace. I tried meditation but it’s going really crazy, I just got in repetitive cycle of thoughts I don’t want to think.
How about wiping them off on the whiteboard of your mind?
Its created against negative thoughts but the method looks promising to me when it comes to break repetitive thought cycles while actively engaging your mind. Find out whats left of this cycle after finishing this exercise, maybe these mental remnants are trying to tell you something.
