If you have trouble visualising, practice daydreaming about the actor, model or other inaccessible person you find attractive, it’s an enjoyable way to train your inner vision skills. 
If you have trouble visualising spaces, imagine yourself standing on the set of any TV show you like and watch that has a central set in most episodes, sit-coms are good for this and shows like Friends, Frasier, Big Bang Theory etc all have a definitive central set that doesn’t change across the series. If you can see those in your mind’s eye you’re on track to successful visualiisation of more elaborate things.
Diazin did an excellent post related to this which I’ll include for completeness: Creating Your Inner Temple, though you won’t need this at first for pathworking, it is a similar idea and will probably be very helpful later on.

haha, got it. thankyou for reminding me… after some hard time looking for answer to my problem. yeah, your right. years back before, being a playful child, i always do quite same thing. i determinedly put myself in action while i was lying on bed but it feels so real,what i see, what i touch, the atmosphere and everything.

umm… i thought Malkuth was the physical world. you’re already in it, why this idea of needing to enter the realm you live in? are you spiritually lost or something?

It’s not so much entering Malkuth as it is working with the Sphere and learning about it and the lessons it has to give. The easiest way, I’ve found, would be to go through its corresponding Angel (Sandalphon). You may live in the physical realm, but are you really apart of it? Most go wandering through life with a limited view of things; their focus remains soley on their little piece of this Planet and rarely extends beyond that personal bubble. Working with this Sphere is going to open you to the energies of Earth and how they intermingle with the other elements. You’ll also receive visions of the world as a whole, expanding your knowledge beyond your personal view. Another thing I learned was the relationship between physical health and spiritual work, while not complety a requirement, it does make things easier in higher Spheres. So to “enter” Malkuth is to learn, and really understand, they physical world. It’s a shame so many traditions and groups skip it because there is much to be said for working with it. You can look at it like this: Malkuth is the Sphere on the Tree that represents the physical plane, so to “enter” this Sphere is to view this plane through the spiritual lens of the Tree as a whole.

There is some irony here. I learned from an old golden dawner awhile back that when you get to the astral plane that you can scream out that you want to see the gate of Malkuth. The gate is guarded by two angels and they will let you enter if you have the correct password coughreadtheinitiationritualcough but I agree, why you should have to go to the astral when the physical is all around you doesn’t make any damn sense to me either. But it works so there is something to it.

The reason you need to emter Malkuth iw because the “energy density” is close enough to be of the physical realm. Anything that is of the density of sexual energy is actually all Malkuth level. You can simply call this “Physical Energy” which is derived through sexual alchemical magick even though it isnt actual physical matter you can think of it as a less dense energetic level than say physical matter. All organically dense energetic forms require the sexual alchemical birthing process to reach the densest levels of physical energy.
So there you go one explanation on why you need to still “enter malkuth.” evem though malkuth is around you, there may be some irregular or rather not common to the physical world things in Malkuth that could say take a different “shape” or just doesnt physically exist as an actual flesh and blood being on this earth due also to malleability of energy vs matter. Theres alot of reasons.
wouldn’t visualizing letter he, meditating on the color of the sephira, its number and other attributes while vibrating the divine name do the trick?
I advise you do not attempt to enter Malkuth. There is nothing you truly want down there. Malkuth is for little children who are still growing up.
Having Pathworked both the Qlippoth and the Tree of Life i can share the method that worked well for me(of course this is simply one method among many others, but it worked for me so may be it work for other as well)
The Sphere of Malkuth is ruled by the Archangel Sandalphon, Thus i decided to Evoke him and ask him how to Enter the Sphere of Malkuth .
After He Manifested and after my Question was asked, he answered :
"Malkuth is the Earth, the Physical Realm, seen in a Different awarness, a Magickal one, Mundane people live their Physical Life in a Limited way, entering Malkuth mean to start to see the World you live in, in a more deep and broader way. "
Since i’ve practiced Magick for some time before Starting my Tree of Life Pathworking, i told him that i already have such a Vision of the World.
He then replied : “Then you are already in the Sphere of Malkuth, do the Work of that Sephirah and Ascend!”
I asked him what work should be done, on what he replied :
“The Element are the Basic of all Creation, Both of the Inner Univers and of the outer Univers that are ultimately the same, Balance them and Bring them into union in yourself, this is the Task that must be done in the Sphere of Malkuth, before you proceed Higher, Because to be able to ascend in those Higher Sephirah, you must be well grounded and Balanced in the Physical Plane of Exsitence.”
“Evoke the Four Elemental King and work with them, Ask them to teach you the Perfection of the Mastery of their Elements, and then, when the Work is done, evoke me again and i shall give you the Keys to the Door of the Bridge that lead to the Other Sephirah”
This is how i entered and Pathworked through Malkuth!

+1 on this answer. That was my exact experience pathworking Malkuth, though I did it through Bardon’s Practice of Magical Evocation (evoking elementals and spirits of the Earth Sphere, so same thing).

Yes, Malkuth is the physical world, but why would you want to go from here to the physical world? That would be one step down from where you are here.

In my Experience Their is a big Difference between how a Magician and a Mundane will see the Physical World we live in and how he will interact with it, Thus entering Malkuth mean to start to see the World in the way Magician does and then ‘‘reshape’’ the very essence of that Physical world to fit that news Vision, Mastering the Element, that are the Fondation of all Creation, allow just this.
So as for why someone would want to do so, The answer is pretty obivious, If your perception and way of acting in the Physical world, that is the place where we can Manifest clearly and concretly our Magickal Result and Abilities, is not in acordance with your Ascent, then you put block from the start.
So entering and Pathworking Malkuth allow you to get a good fondation, a good base to work Magick more and more complex and advanced.

In core shamanism, the Middle World is the spiritual mirror/aspect of the physical world, and it’s where you can do a lot of the most effective work, from healing to harming, and also contacting various earth-bound spirits.

Well if you do so attempt to cast yourself into this lower world, and begin to see things in a magical way, what it will do is cause you to want to leave that world and go someplace higher knowing that there is something beyond and you are simply not there. I know this because when I was a little boy I was in Malkuth.
Which is why I left the Sephirot altogether and swore allegiance to the Qlippoth.
In the long run it was worth it.

Different strokes for different people.
I’ve seen Mephistor’s magic many times, as well as his modesty, so I can assure that he would not make any claims he cannot support.
My experiences personally did very different things, and actually made me adore this world even more. Especially since I could see how to use this other layer of reality.
But that’s just me.
Angels are not RHP-y, demons are not LHP-y. Demons can make you want to leave this world(hence merging with the acausal), and angels can help stuff happen here.
Magic is weird. Just sayiong.

For future readers, just read his explanation of Malkuth and proceed according to that.
Malkuth is crude oil - source is gold light - think of it as layers of liquidity or fluidity. This is the realm of oil. Thing is and for me it is really difficult to get out of malkuth, its like an insect in amber once it sets your stuck.
IMO this is one of the most important posts on the forum.

This so very true, I like this post as it has really made something click for me. Ive been trying so hard to get another realm but cant seem to do so consciously. Recently however I have become aware that this realm has so very much to it than people think. Its difficult to explain there is so much magic here that perhaps so many people miss out on. For eg I was talking about geese one night, in the morning a few hours later (it was summer ) and whilst going for a MD breakfast at the drive in, 8 canada geese all of a sudden walked by my van in an empty mall car park and down a small hill to a pond about 100 yards from my van. I live in the center of London ffs. Its only recently that Ive been able to see that over my life, its THIS physical realm that has enabled me to determine the ‘SUPERNATURAL’ - this is why Cherubel (grimoire sympathica) alludes to the principal that you have to KNOW NATURE before you can ever call yourself an Occultist, why the golden dawn promote that you keep a journal and NOTICE your surroundings and record them in a Journal for six months. The more you know HERE the MORE you have to be able to determine anything SUPERNATURAL.
Malkuth is the Dragon path imo and there might even be a forum for it. The dragon path would of course be a great addition to the paths available. To be a master of malkuth is to be enlightened imo.

A heads up - I made a dragon altar and same day a small dragon appeared and left a gold dust sigil in the air - I didnt write it down as it surprised me (small for dragons I think) - so im a tad angry about forgetting the rune/sigil.
That dragon had me walking around outside and picking up shiny things for its altar, id be still doing it five years later probably if I hadnt stopped it. Be careful less you lose yourself to its fancy - ‘greedy’ is not quiote the right word 'overly exuberant more like. Young dragons are indeed very excitable creatures, kind of like an over exuberant nuclear missile. LOL.
Dragons can still make me cry… and im 47. I shouldnt need to explain this.
