So I’m creating this thread on something No One Seems to Talk About (I can’t find Information on.
How do you Destroy/Disable A Person from their Psychic Tools, Subconscious Perception, Instincts, free will, ability to discern, etc?
Chakra at the base of the skull where the neck joins the skull. Fry that chakra you remove vast majority of all magical and psychic ability past a few niche higher level functions that majority can’t access or use to any great effect. This isn’t very hidden knowledge or obscure you do this and target the third eye after you can completely shut someone down for life barring intervention or a level of skill that lets them bypass energy entirely.

There are spirits who can do that too. Fortiar and Tanazal from the Kingdom of Flames can do that (but I would recommend you to do the restraining of them, although some would say that it isn’t necessary). There are beginners friendly spirits too, like Agares and Amducias (Agares break they knowledge and application of the occult while Amducias overwhelms them with useless information that makes it difficult to perform magick).

Yes, you can fix blocks and deficiencies in your energy system with energy working. What can be done can be undone, especially by yourself as it’s your energy, you have better control of it and insight into it naturally, and these things automatically work to heal themselves over time. Qi is sentient - it goes where it’s needed for your highest good.
Qigong and running the microcosmic orbit would heal it, or yoga. I prefer qigong because that includes methods to read your own energy, identify specific issues and fix them in an efficient and targeted way, or yourself without relying on random others of dubious skill.
Maybe look into the Water Method of Taoist meditation books (you can get them on Amazon), that teach you self healing energy techniques.

If done properly not through mundane skills it is essentially a psychic lobotomy. A level of meditation and mental training to surpass the energetic level would let you reprogram energy from a level above the damage and thus reverse it though. If you have any trace of ability or capacity though then it is not complete and likely minor damage that can be reversed more normally. Under most conditions this kind of psychic attack carries permanent mental illness and insanity as a side effect at the very least dementia or schizophrenic symptoms. I highly doubt it was done to you though because this level of attack is a bit outside what you would run into normally both due to its surgical precision but also the level of focused intensity needed to shred a chakra completely.

am daunted by reading books right now but when you kindly recomended before , read about it ( rather than read book ) and tried , it feels like something in my head , have been attempting to use own energy to move it out . I will no doubt end up reading book , but life is way hectic right now - and yes that is what meditation is for ,

thankyou for this detailed reply , having read it , it seems that has not happened to me , rather it is 'minor damage '. It feels like someone stuffed a (very roughly) cone - shaped beanie baby into my head , point to front , base to back ( there is no actual pointed or sharp bit - like i said , it is a beany baby ) . i will continue with water-meditation inspired method .
