…apart from a binding and maybe Destroy Defenses?? I’m not sure she is, but I’d had weird vibes about this person for a while. Nothing ‘bad’ has happened to me, but lately I’ve been sensing an increasing weird type of hostility towards me, but one that is hidden under seeming politeness.
I feel it though now quite a lot. It surfaces now and then in a weird kind of blankness or silence. E.g. I notice she never ever pays me a compliment, despite others doing so. Especially over the way I look, as happened the other day. I had dressed up to go to an event, and a couple of friends at work had commented they liked my dress etc. Said I looked nice. She was there and never did. I’d often said to her if she looks nice etc. But it seems she hates not being the centre of attention. This is a work colleague, who I had thought was a friend.
Incidentally, a psychic reading I had about something else also picked up on the fact that there is a person around me who is jealous of me, and coukd be negatively impacting me, without me saying anything. I’m certain they were picking her up. I’m pretty sure this person is not a occultist but maybe I’m picking up the energy she is sending out unintentionally.
I don’t want to go all out blasting curses just yet in case I’m wrong. I just want to shut her down if she is the one who is sending me bad energy. Whether intentionally or unintentionally. I’m usually pretty accurate in sensing people and what they are like. And I feel that the psychic is correct in what they said.

When somehow I see that there is some weird type of hostility against myself, especially one that is hidden behind politeness I know that there is someone who is badmouthing me.
Someone says bad stories about myself and then everyone else is starting to turn against me.
So if it is this the case then there are some rituals that there are to stop gossips and lies. There are also binding rituals for someone to stop harming you.
On the other hand, if you have a strong protection ritual it must be able to protect you from these type of energies.
In terms on how to stop that person to turn other people against you there are two tactics. One is to stop the bully and the other is to stop the followers of the bully being on the bully’s side. A bully on their own is just a bitter person.
Now, if you want to get deeper into what caused this person turn against you it can be anything… from simple jealousy against you, her feeling that you are a threat for her progression at work or it might be that there was something in your attitude that upset her and she is not a direct person to come and call you up on it.
I also see another 2 options that you can go on about it in terms of spirituality. One is do rituals to attack the threat. The other is to do sweetening work on her so she becomes sweeter towards you.
Either way, do not tell her any of your personal business.
Thanks yea. No this is just coming from one person in my office I think. It’s weird as this psychic reading picked up on it and literally said it is a person I had also felt was the one. Which is true. Lately I’d been feeling as if she was not quite legit. Without me even saying anything about it as I’d been asking about a love situation.
I think this person is quite insecure deep down, and so very narcissistic. Constantly saying things in conversations that denonstrate it. E.g. once she was telling ne how her ex boyfriend once told her he felt so lucky to be with her as she is ‘sooo beautiful.’ I don’t think a normal person would say that, as it sounds incredibly arrogant. Even if her boyfriend did say that. And she isn’t all that anyway.
She never will compliment me on anything I do, but always expects others to do so for her. And she becomes moody and rude if they don’t. She has this kind of entitled air about her and is completely self absorbed most of the time.
Anyway, yea, now I’m distancing myself from her, because I don’t feel she is the true friend I thought. I did a binding on her yesterday to stop any interference or negativity being sent at me. I also did a Destroy Defenses from AOW to make her weaker and unable to attack me. I’ll see her at work tomorrow, so I’ll be able to notice if there are any changes. I’m just sick of these aholes!
…I don’t think I’m a threat to her at work as we are kind of in different areas so hers has nothing directly to do with mine. But I think she is one of those women that don’t like other women generally- i.e. see any other woman as a threat. That takes attention away from her. And I’ve come across quite a few of those. Which is why I usually prefer working with men (even though I’m female), and have more male friends than female. Too many women are just bitchy backstabbers, unfortunately…
If you truly feel all of these things from her, id say set up wards against energy vampirism around your personal energies as narcissistic people tend to drain others around them indirectly. Also if she does practice any form of magick you would want to set up wards against curses, hexes, vexes or jinxes coming from that person specifically and also include a ward against Evil Eye in general (its best to have that up anyway regardless of where your going or who you’re around). Put a ward defending your other wards against energy vampirism.
If she does do anything, then curse her in return. Ruin her entire life, put her under a bus, and call it a day. If anyone curses me, its more often than not that they are simply triggered by something simple or they’re jealous, so i reply with a death curse. I dont take people being arseholes like that lightly.
Thanks for the advice! How exactly would you go about setting up wards against energy vampires or the evil eye? I’m really not knowledgeable about that. Any books or websites you can recommend?
Yea, I agree with you about cursing. If I see her behaviour worsen, then I will take further action. Too many damn aholes in the world who go about trying to fck up other people’s s lives for no reason, because they are jealous or psycho sh**s. Already had a real psycho at work I had to deal with last few years. Thankfully she’s gone now but there is always one! This girl is nowhere near the same level, but there is something fake/off about her.
Right now it feels she isn’t actively doing stuff against me, other than maybe sending negative energy- and maybe just through jealousy, but I feel it bubbling under the surface. I don’t think she practises magic from what I know of her. She was brought up as a strict Christian, but you can never be 100% sure, I guess.
This psychic said she is very jealous of me (no idea why really), but tries to hide it. And it’s exactly what I feel. She puts on a fake veneer, but it’s cracking lately and I see more of her real self coming out. Funnily enough, I showed a photo of her to my mother, who is not an occultist but quite psychic in sensing other people’s vibes. I didn’t say anything, just asked her if she could sense anything about this person. She immediately said she didn’t like her vibe, from looking at the eyes. That she wasn’t honest. You can always tell from the eyes. I agree.
The eyes have it! Lol. Yes the eyes are known as the windows to the soul for a reason, facial expressions can give off a cheery vibe but the eyes never lie.
I recently switched from working with demons to angels and Jesus Christ, not because i feel demons are “bad” to work with but because they dont really align with who i really am. So heres my process for this:
The way i set wards is i use symbolism and words, i rarely visualize in my magick. I stand in the middle of my room, do the sign of the cross over the 4 directions of the room and myself. I stand and firmly declare “By the power of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, i declare this room a safe haven from curses, hexes, jinxes, vexes and from any thing or being which would do me harm. Negative Spirits cannot be here, Parasitic beings cannot be here, Curses cannot land here, Vexes cannot land here, Hexes cannot land here, Jinxes cannot land here”.
Thats all, then i do the same thing around 3 times. As a result i feel the energy of the room become more fluffy, positive and safe.

For energy vampirism you would declare that when people attempt to drain you then the person has their energy drained into the ward instead. Slap a filter against draining any parasites on the ward and hey presto, good stuff.
I do one or both of 2 things: bind them from working against me, or just put up a Return to Sender shield.
The bonding causes the sent energy to fizzle. The shield means no matter the who they are they’ll just get back amusing they send and end up cursing themselves.
I like the sheild because it’s one and done for any sender and you don’t need to know who it is.
I wouldn’t bother cursing them back as that doesn’t fix the problem of them sending bad energy to you,
it just adds more ick into your environment and with like attracts like, if your cleansing and protections aren’t perfect can make a situation like this escalate. .
No, that is not what the mechanics are here… as an analogy, you shield against incoming projectiles. You can’t shield against what’s basically handcuffs.
It’s in the word - “Binding” - you bind things with rope and string and other restraints.
So a binding will not trigger a shield as it won’t be recognized as an incoming attack. Energetically it’s a kind of block.
Likewise, another technique that would not trigger a shield, would be to put your own shield around them to hold the energy you don’t want coming towards you want inside.
The only way they can do it’s to recognize that they’re binded and to go to some deity to take that bind away or go to the Akashic Records themselves and take it away. Nonetheless I always prefer the Return to The Sender spell or asking Akorok or Ipakol so they loose the will to curse and to make them unable to perform magick clearly.
Yes, if they know about it. It’s not an easy thing to notice and figure out. But any block can be cleared if you know energy working. Clearing it quickly and easily, is a different issue, but it can be done. I’m not aware of any posted techniques on how, except for my work with Mehmi’on.
Thanks for the advice. Update: I did a binding and destroy Defenses from AOW on her. She seemed a bit more subdued initially but then she went meddling into something yesterday that didn’t concern her - regarding me and someone else, which completely infuriated me, so I think more work on her is needed. I’m leaning towards cursing her skank ar*e now. She keeps sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong, and interfering into what us none of her business.
But yesterday after everyone else left, - I was working late, I did what you suggested re: the sign of the cross in all 4 corners of the room, and said out loud the recitation. I also had the idea to boil some water, put salt in it and use it as well to ward off any negativity. I said a blessing over the water first and then made the sign of the cross with it and flung it at the 4 corners of the room. I also went to the office where she is, and did it in there.
Afterwards, I felt the urge to draw a line of salt water around her desk and state that she was bound to stop interfering and to return any negativity back to her and to cast out her influence. I was brought up Catholic so the whole exorcism type thing comes naturally, lol.
The weird thing is, as I finished tracing the line of saltwater around her desk, I did feel almost a tingling sensation in the room. Dunno if that means anything. But I will do some more work on her over the weekend and see what happens on Monday.
