Make an offering that will entice them, of course some are stubborn than most so if that does not work try a banishing spell and iron nails.
Or trap them if you feel like being an ass back.

A rowan tree is more aligned to Celtic Fae, depending on the origins of the Fae things work differently, African Fae, Asian Fae, Brazilian Fae, etc.

Its quite simple you are their god you just have to tell them. You tell them that you want to work together and be friends but if they do anything you dont want, they die. You can get them to find things for you. They know you can kill them in a few seconds. Just explain this and everything goes great, you just need to know how to kill them and display complete dominance.
They use the fact people donā€™t know how strong they are against them.
