I need a help in contacting my favourite dead celebrity crush
I m planning to worship her n give regular offerings.
Should I need to evoke dead demonic entity to help to contact with this celebrity spirit

In the west, this is called Necromancy.
The work of Sorceress Cagliastro is my favorite go-to for necromantic techniques of the kind you want, that would allow you to set up a permanent connection and even a portal for the spirit to come into your home when it wishes. She has a book on how called Blood Sorcery Volume 2.
This is a bit more involved than evocation but doesn’t confine the interactions to the ritual space.
I don’t advise a Ouija board as they are very prone to tampering by parasites and impostors, you might get what you want, but probably not, and a whole host of freeloaders to banish regularly as well.

I don’t know anything about Necromancy. I had often contacted deceased people and it was enough to say out loud several times: I want contact to XY, who lived in NY, in the street so and so. With a celebrity you can do it without the address 
I used the muscle test to communicate. The relatives always confirmed that it was the right person.
