so I have to bind someone’s action like stop them from doing something or make them give up on something, when I search for binding spells I can only find ones to bind that person away from you i don’t want them to binded away from me, but i have to stop their certain actions or make them do something else what could be suggested for it preferably one that can last a while ,thank you

You can just edit the words of the spell to anything you want. Just make sure it matches your intention, and in your minds eye see and feel that the person cannot act in the way you don’t want - they just don’t do it.
“You are bound, you may not do X, you may not think about X, you have no will to do X. You are bound away from X.”
E.g. “You are bound, you make not speak against me, you may not work against me, you may not move against me. You are bound, you are bound, you are bound!”
(I like to repeat "you are bound 3 times - that’s me, I also use a poppet and say these tings as I wind thread (red or black) around the head, arms and legs.)
