Is there a way to attract followers and/or attention to an organisation and/or social media account that we support? It’s not mine, but I would like to help these people.

Yes, you simply task the angel with creating a following for whoever you want.

it’s called internet or online marketing. there’s courses on that. a good one? i don’t know. you know there is lots of scam course online.
You can also perform an attraction or love spell adapted for the organisation and it’s target audience. A honey jar spell is popular, candle magick too.

On a second thought, what would you put in the jar? A paper with the name of the organisation I suppose, but what could represent the audience?
I don’t use jar spells myself, I’m more into poppets as far as sympathetic magic goes.
I would make a vessel to house the spirit of the organisation. I’ve done this just once, and I used a racoon skull to additionally bring in the energies of the Racoon spirit: inquisitiveness, problem solving and tenacity.
So you can talk to that, evoke it like any other entity and ask it what to do, and it will advice you what it needs to thrive.
That is a tried and tested technique used in the work of Machaele Small Wright.
You could add ceremonial magick, off the top of my head I’d design a ritual specially for it.
Maybe… how about this - inspired by EA Koetting’s Sorath ritual (he has a video on this):
Using a circle as a focus not a protection, setting the vessel in the center, and 4 little dolls, idols, stones, pinecones - anything really, that you consecrate to represent the audience in each of the 4 directions.
Evoke the spirit.
I would be walking around the circle, first feeding and then gathering an orb of energy from the spirit,
and then in turn walk to each of the directions and give that energy out to the audience in that direction. Beam it outwards above the doll into the world, visualising the audience being bathed in the energy, able to accept it or not as they wish, but with the doorways opening and pathways forming for them to do so when they’re ready.
