Thanks i heard people telling me that i need to develop my psychic senses before because when we are projecting its our senses that project. I want to know is it true?

No, it’s not true. You need to focus on strengthening your subtle bodies, not your senses. That means intense energy work to build them up, making them stronger, and able to separate from the physical body. Those things have nothing to do with the “psychic” senses, though energy work will help the senses along with the rest.
