I will defintely build this restoration process into my daily practice. Honestly, I have no idea on my chakras, Iv never had a solid foundation of my studies. But I will definitely add this restoration process in somehow daily. I know the Golden Dawn has various exercises on some of it. Quite frankly, I understand cursing when someone has really wronged the person or harmed the person or someone who they care for … so I would say knowing wards and knowing your energy bodies condition and strengthening should be a given task at every grade for any magician, new or old.

This is one of the best replies on here , together with this entire thread. Totally agree with you and Conor. Couldn’t have said it better. I grew up in a family where I was physically abused and often hit. Also verbally abused, and then had the misfortune to go through some shitty relationships with shitty people. Not to mention the multiple narcissistic or egotistical nightmares you often find in the workplace. People who cause this kind of pain and suffering deserve all the magical retribution that can be set against them.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Or, in other words, don’t fk with others unless you want to be fked with in return.

Updats unfortunately today i received the report that this individual took their own life in the woodland area near the major park in my local town.
Safe to say he will not be missed as a matter of fact, i got a phone call from one of this mans victims crying and thankful that its all over. I personally would have liked the agony to continue but i suppose it has gone on long enough now.
