How do you truly know?! [If this is the path for you]

Hi, so have any of you ever wondered if this is truly the path for you? Over the 5+ years I have been interested in magick, and the couple of years I have practiced, there have been some days when I wondered if this is where I am meant to be. I think we ALL have doubts and fears about this, but what was the moment that you knew this is meant for you?

I still remember when one day I started to see all these synchronicities pop up in my life and I was truly spooked and had no idea what was happening. I truly thought I developed schizophrenia (I didn’t), then it felt like all these doors opened to another kind of life. My whole belief system changed, and everything shifted, and I still think to this day that I am questioning what I believe in and what I don’t.

Anyways, thanks for reading xx

I don’t know about any paths, I’m just super curious and want to know everything, and magick and spirituality are the last and most interesting frontier.

I agree, I think its super fascinating and interesting to learn about and how far it could go in a sense. I think when it comes to the occult/magick you probably never stop learning.

Personally, there’s just no doubt about it. I don’t think there ever was long-lasting doubt, at least on my side once I was set on the practice of magic.

Initially, after severing with two decades of devout christian belief, I knew nothing of the occult. I was at first getting dragged in McCarthy’s courses, RHP stuff and the like. But it was still too early for me to believe in magic, so I became atheist (again) for a short period.

Then I was drawn to LHP. It felt like a calling once I knew more about what it was. It simply was. I never considered going RHP or to give up the goal associated with my path. It just feels like it’s a part of who I am, of who I am meant to become.

Once you truly know what you do is meant to be, and carefully examined the alternatives, and the alternatives just don’t click with you this much, you become much more certain of what it is you want to do. It also depends on what your personal philosophy is.

In my opinion, you also just need to practice more. It is then that we get an actual feel and not just an idea of if what we do is really meant for us.

Besides, in truth, LHP, RHP, those are just labels to simplify categorization. You can combine both, or create your own path, even change path mid-course, who cares, as long as you do what you want to do.

You are the one who decides how your future should be.
