Do you see the demon hear or feel the demon how do you know that it’s successful or do you only know after making the Request

At the simplest beginning levels, you know how you feel when you think you’re alone but suddenly feel like you’re being watched, or you’re in a house and feel a haunting presence? Like that. You feel the presence before most other signs. You’ll know where they are in the room.
You might get environmental signs of more like, poltergeist activity like, candles flickering, but this costs a lot of energy and is unreliable, as it can be accidental or over-interpreted. If any entity - not just whatever you call a demon, this apples to incarnates as well - is present, you’ll feel the presence of someone in the room with you.
