How do i consecrate and activate that talisman?

I’ve recently approached this world and discovered an old necklace of mine actually was a talisman.
It’s called Sigil of The 7 Olimpic Spirits and as far as i understand it was contained in Arbatel grimoire; but i’ve never purfied nor charged it.
Any advice?

Sounds like you want to enchant it. In some circles this is also called consecrating it. It’s the same process as for any enchanted object, whether it’s your ritual tools, talismans or wards. I don’t recall instructions to create talismans in the Arbatel. But, it may be there I simply don’t recall it. In which case, you’d want to follow the instructions in the book.

Additionally, you’d want it to be done under a full astrological election, since the Olympic Spirits are planetary spirits.
But, you would want the talisman itself to have been created and first consecrated at a specific astrological election. Repeated consecrations can build up power in the talisman if it was created at a more random time, but there will be a limit to how powerful it can become based on the time it was created, and the time it was first created sets the general effect of it for the duration of its existence.

Not handmade. Probably produced in series in not precised time.
