Hello there! I am from Greece and since I was a kid I was drawn to magic. I always thought that it was of the young of my age. The last five years u have done a lot of search but I lack of consistency. I have done some candle magic and most of them worked for me. To be honest it’s chaotic, I don’t really know where to begin and I am afraid that I don’t have the discipline to perfom rituals with deities. Let’s say I will start from here!

Welcome to the forum! Yeah i was confused also at the beginning. Be patient with yourself and learn slowly but steadily at your own pace. There is no need to compare your practice to others, your practice is your own, so dont get caught up in thinking you need to be ahead. Go at your own pace.
Researching things in magick will definitely challenge the conventional organized religious views that are unfortunately programmed into most of the collective, it will take time to deprogram and learn the information. Give yourself space and time.
Deities and Spirits arent needed in anyones craft, they are optional but i recommend to involve yourself with them once you have the basics and have researched enough into said spirits and deities. Dont devote or perform oaths or rituals with deities if your not ready. When you feel its time you can interact with them, and only when you feel ready.
A little handy thing i will introduce you to is Shadow Work. Research into Carl Jung and his stuff. It will help you alot in magick and in life.
