Have you tried therapy? It is not a inmediate change, but in 3 years I think my life went only to better since I started therapy…

Then fill yourself up and enjoy the ride the swinging brings. Politely Interrupt your monkey brain when these unwanted emotions try to make their way towards you. You are the gatekeeper to your soul and mind, if you were weak you wouldnt be here.

Theres no such thing as overthinking, smart people awlays look at challenges from multiple angels but the key is to focus on a solutions rather than more challenges.

If you dont know the point then how do you expect to come to a solution. You must have a goal!

So what is your goal right now?

Ask yourself auestions that gear your mind towards that goal.

Okay so you want to feel better, but not just superficially you want to feel relief and freedom from any shackles.

So what does that look like for you, and dont say “idk” or " I’ve tried everything" theres a reason this is happening you want to learn how to overcome this obstacle.
Example questions:
What are some good habits for me?
If I was content with my life what would I be doing on a regular basis? (Ill give you a hint telling everyone how youre boxed in by life and theres no soultion is wrong, you’ve accidentally mistaken youre life as a tragedy)

I had been in a state of deep rest (depression) for quite some time, and quite honestly Lady Eva has pulled through multiple times with LITERALLY the best afvice I had recieved on this planet.

Make the decision to beat this no matter what.
I told my self I wanted to overcome depression down but didnt make the decision to.
Make the decision and dont look back. I PROMISE YOU, overcoming this will be the greatest feeling ever.
Ive already made the decision to overcome it. Even though I just got thrown some obstacles all my mind does now is look for solutions, when I backslide I allow myself to accept it for what it is amd the next day its right back to it.

Not to rag on Chi but this is why I dont even label myself depressed or bipolar anything else in the mental jealth realm, I identify some symptoms and see the correlation but dont accept the fact you are depressed.
Its too easy to “suffer from depression”.
Im sorry but FUCK THAT SHIT.

Im beating these symptoms into the ground everyday they may knock me down but to hell if Im going to let myself be a victim or suffer from it.
I mean IM A LIVING GOD FOR CHRIST SAKE!
And so are you.

We’ll have to agree to disagree hahaha. Fact is I DID make myself better by finding out how to do it and doing it. I don’t think it matters how one gets there as long as they do. I am not at all surprised you are a Jordan fan haha. Well good if that works for you.

Mental health is a state of well-being in which the person realizes his abilities and is able to cope with the normal stress of life, to work productively and to contribute to his environment. In the medical area, health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not only the absence of conditions or diseases, that is why mental health and well-being are fundamental to our collective and individual capacity to think, express feelings, interact with others, win the Livelihood and enjoy life.

It is already proven that all people are likely to live with a mental disorder, as is the case with many other types of health problems. In fact, one in four people may have a mental disorder throughout life. Although theoretically there may be people with more predisposition than others to have them, environmental factors can have a decisive effect on the onset of mental disorders, so we are all exposed to it. It is essential to understand that mental health is an important part of general health. People who are emotionally healthy have control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, noting that we are clear that mental health does not always necessarily refer to mental disorders, but also to a stage in which the person is emotionally exhausted. As is the case presented by the exhibitor, with the rhythm of life, the number of ills related to mental health is increasing, and affects all ages. Stress, anxiety and depression sound to everyone and we know someone who suffers or has suffered. We have even been able to confuse them or ignore that we have suffered them.

I suggest:
Exercise outdoors, or just go out, even for walking
Breathing exercises
Learn relaxation methods, such as meditation
Yoga
Healthy nutrition
Get enough sleep
Keep a diary of our mood, to be aware of our symptoms
Perform some creative artistic, musical or simply write activity
Volunteer
Activate our brain with games or activities that need concentration. (puzzle, chess, crosswords)
Create and maintain interpersonal relationships

If with these steps you cannot be stable, seek professional help.

I think the answer of all your questions is within you. Ask yourself what would make you happy. What are you missing in your life.

Welcome back @Willow_Phoenix. I see you joined us in 2019, have made 7 posts, but have not yet introduced yourself as is required on this forum. PLEASE CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW and tell us about yourself and any experience you may have in magick, such as what you practice, how long you have practiced, areas of interest, etc:

Well the first thing I noticed is the way you word things. I try, is not the same as I’m doing or I am. I try makes it a possibilty and NOT a reality.

Another thing I want to point out, that may or may not be helpful. This world isn’t perfect, we are humans with our highs and lows, perfection (in the way humans see it) is impossible, the only perfection that exists is not what most people understand it to be.

You will have mood swings, emotions (both positive and negative) are a physical reality. Our brains have something called chemicals that cause us to feel these ways and it’s completely natural, it’s a part of being human. It’s how you react to these emotions… The action that matters.

I think perhaps having a more realistic understanding of our world, and what we can achieve + what we should strive for is what’s necessary.

You don’t need to make some major impact in the world. You don’t need to feel happy and complete 100% of the time – you do need to change your mindset. Since I see alot of “I can’t”, “Idk what to do anymore”, and “I try”.

If your not feeling pleasure out of anything then maybe consider you might be depressed? It’s normal not to feel pleasure all the time, but not to feel numb most of the time. So keep that in mind. I’m not sure what I could say, but I wanted to point these things out. It’s always important to examine your own thoughts and feelings.

The next time you go for a walk out in nature, look around you… Notice the trees, the plants and flowers blooming… The water (if any is nearby)… That’s perfection… it’s already all around us and no one takes time to appreciate it these days…

Try doing this. This, and similar excersises, severely helped me change my own perceptions and thought patterns that caused issues within myself. Thoughts, negative or positive, literally form chains and link together. One thought triggers another, forming chain reactions. After some practice it becomes fairly easy to feel and see it. You might know this for a fact already, since you described “thinking too much”, so you’ll understand what it feels like when thoughts form chains.

The essence of the excersise, is figuring out what it is that you truly believe within yourself, and restructuring it in whatever way you want. Hope this helps.

I’m fine now , the problem was from parasitic entities from a bad ritual I did here as a beginner

That totally can happen. I have a tool I use to banish/ destroy parasitic neg energy spirits. It’s called a tibetan brass singing bowl

This is one bad lad. It will teach you to focus your mind , clear negative thoughts, manifest or banish. I highly recommend this.

Ive been EXACTLY where you were, a terrible funk. Till I discovered a good therapist, and a good practice of magick. If you want, I could do A spell for yah free of charge. One for either luck, health and prosperity. But It wont solve everything you still have to take the proper steps. One time I bought a mental health jar from a witch off etsy lol I honestly feel It added to my arsenal well. Continue to post on the forums with everyone, good luck brother!

Draconic blessings
