Help please being attacked psychically

Hi please help. A man I was talking to I believe has cursed me. He knows my birth chart has multiple pictures of me, and knows the day time I was born.

We fell out after a disagreement. He basically believes me to be a bigot because of a differing view on a political subject and thus has shunned me.

I have blocked on all social medias and have not had any contact with this person for weeks now and don’t plan to.

I do however feel like I am falling apart physically and mentally.

Is there anything I can do to counteract this? Please help or point me in right direction.

As far as I know other than knowing my birth chart quite intently they aren’t a skillful magician but quite good at astrology.

They can’t do anything without permission, the first thing to do is stop being afraid. Fear itself will do this to you with or without his involvement.

Then bsnish and cleanse like you would for any parasite bothering you.

It doesn’t really matter what links he has: except thinking he needs links might show his weakness, because you really don’t need them at all, all you need to know is that a person exists.
