I’m not sure if available in Scandinavia but Angels of Wrath is one book which has several binding and other rituals to deal with an enemy. Also good is Lucifer and the Hidden Demons and The Magick of Angels and Demons. The books are inexpensive, rituals are easy to do, take very little time and require no special equipment.
