hello I feel a precedence in the back is it the higher self? I know that the upper self and above and the dark self at the bottom but the precedence in the back I can not find after several days of research I know that monk also did a meditation and feels a precedence in the back
I would have expected the higher self and the upper self to be the same thing. Are you sure you’re not feeling the presence of an entity that is not you? Those usually come up from behind me.
