Does Anyone have surefire experience on how Hel is contacted?
Enns?
What is her Enn?
Hel doesn’t have an enn. Most enn’s relate to demons from the goetia and are based on demonolatry.
You don’t need an enn to summon Hel or any in fact any entity

A thread on here some guy made an Enn and sigil for Hekate.
So whatever floats and works wont kill.
Said, any directions how to contact Hel.
Have had visions of her - at least i think
You can of course create an enn and sigil for Hel if that will help you get in the zone, but it’s more about getting into the right headspace to contact her
Hel is a Norse goddess. Look for some invocations online and give her some offerings. That is generally all you need for a goddess.
People on the LHP have a very bad habit of calling any sort of mantra an “enn.” However, enns are specifically in the demonic tongue and as such, should not be used for non-demonic entities lest you risk offending them.
There are several books available on Amazon by Lisa McGarner that are about directly working with Hel.
