I’m planning on doing a ritual but I can’t find any good books or articles on sacrificial magic, especially what spirits to call on for help?
What type of sacrifice?
Sacrifice of a habit or an old part of yourself?
Sacrifice of bad energy or the past?
Offering of blood, food, etc.?
Offering of an enemy?

There’s no such thing as “sacrificial magick”. That’s why. It’s not a different tradition all by itself.
You can choose to make an offering that is also a sacrifice. Many traditions include offerings.
The rule of thumb that makes an offering into a sacrifice, is it’s not a sacrifice unless you really don’t want to do it. Otherwise it’s an offering. It’s the energy of the strong emotions put into the working that is adding the oomph.
E,g., burn your favorite top that cost you a small fortune and you cannot replace.
