I wanted to know if you guys would think it it would be a good idea to petition haaegenti to transmute my body chemistry to one of purity. Do you all think that would work to make me smell better.

What does that mean? Body chemistry has nothing whatsoever to do with any idea of “purity.” Body odor is all hormones, sweat glands and bacteria. It can be influenced by the foods you eat, how often you bathe, medication you might be taking, underlying conditions like diabetes or infections, and stress.
I don’t think Haaegenti can do much about it. You need to look into your diet and lifestyle. You can also use techniques such as visualization to adjust your hormone level. Pick up a copy of Taylor Ellwood’s book Inner Alchemy for more on using magical techniques to influence the body.

Honestly if hygiene and body health is an issue the first thing you should do before going to contact spirits is test an elimination diet and see if a doctor can help or give some insight at least.

This is sensible. You could combine this with spirits to ask them to guide you to the right information.
We all know if you eat garlic or curry you smell like garlic or curry for days, so it could be something in your diet coming out through your pores. I find pork makes me smell bad and it’s why I rare eat it only as a treat (bacon is fine thank goodness, I guess you don’t eat enough in one sitting to count.)
You could also try a cleaning regimen, Teas with dandelion or yellow dock and such that you can find ion the holistic section at the grocery store can help with that and there a lot of detox protocols people try. .

This actually reminded me that when I began working with the Vedic deities they would actually leave lingering royal-esque odours that others would notice, they still do it but I’m used to it now so can’t really tell.
In particular any time I work with Rama or say any related mantras, there’s always a royal musk-like scent in the room and on me after to the point where others have also asked what cologne I was wearing. It gives the idea to perhaps use mundane means to heal the scent issue and maybe magickal means to create a nicer scent after.
