A phrase that evokes the demons to you. Each demon has their own Enn.

Yes it’s fine without an altar. If you feel you personally would like to have one, it can be as simple as a shelf, a small space on a drawer, or you can make an astral temple (which you should be able to look up information on this form).

Do you have to be able to astral project to do that? I still can’t do it yet.
