if she has no experience within this and she actually sees something, it’ll either scare the shit out of her and she’ll think she’s being watched by demons for a long time or she’ll fall in love with the experience and explore further. let her explore this on her own, don’t force her into it.
I was one of those people who didn’t believe it was possible to “work on myself” I figured the only thing worthwhile was messing with the external, that is, the outer world. I felt there was nothing I could do about myself and that I was stuck with it, whatever it was. Notice I said was. I don’t believe that anymore. I do believe inner work is possible now, after Astarte/Astaroth drove me insane, I guess I realized these entities really have a lot of power that I would be wise to respect when it comes to internal work.
Well first off, there isn’t a one way quick start to magick. So that’s the first issue. Two, the below link is about learning tounges – isn’t that a bit much for a beginner? I mean seriously?
Her goal should be to learn the basics not maximize her senses. If she doesn’t even know the basics, then she shouldn’t be peddling into stuff. Maybe don’t have her work with spirits, have her do energy work (solo work). Stuff that doesn’t involve spirits. Let her get sensitive to her own energy first before you start throwing spirits at her.
I agree with what’s already been said, she should figure this out herself but maybe guide her to basics. Energy work, banishing, etc – then if she’s still interested leave her to figure that out.
