Forms of divination that aren’t effected by personal energy- different types of divination

Are there any forms of divination that aren’t affected by personal things such as you being biased, attached, desperate, anxious, angry, confused, etc.?

Because tarot and coin tosses required you to be unbiased, detached, calm, and I think grateful & humble also among other things.

But I’m human what if I’m really struggling with something and I need advice, guidance, need to know something, I need to ask questions about spell work, etc etc but I’m not in an emotional/mental state to do an accurate tarot or coin reading, is there anywhere else or any other forms of divination that I can turn to?

Free options please I’m not interested nor do I have the money at the moment to pay people, especially not all the time to divine for me

I think every form of magick is deeply rooted within human emotions/feeling/call it whatever. Can’t really imagine doing magick without any form of energy, and emotions are energy. As for Tarot, personally I use the cards when I need them independent on the “mood”.

The divinations, and subconscious implulses are usually not the problem. These are usually correct.

The issue is the conscious interpretation and THAT is heavily affected by these things you mention. The conscious minds entire job is to identify everything, which is a survival need, and it does it very well, too well for magickal purposes - hence LARPing and pareiadolia happen.

This is where the message to Know Thyself as the most important erm dmt magician can do becomes even more important. If you work on understanding your own psyche, why you think the way you think and feel, you can let go of the subconscious biases more and more.

Until then not overinterpreting things and trying to force more clarity than you have is ideal.
Let some things stay as questions in your journal until time brings you a good answer.

It’s in this case the phrase “meditate on it” comes into play. Meditate means to concentrate or muse about something, but is a generic term. In this case, the kind of meditation you’re doing is not energy work or astral travel, but exploring the problem space in your mind and showing time for inspiration to come through.

This is why so many people have great ideas in the shower… they’re relaxing, the body is distracted and out of the way, and your higher mind is mulling over ideas in a gently and unrestricted way.

Tension blocks energy flow, so the relaxation is important. So you relax, ask the question, with the intention to just think it through, start imagining different scenarios and how they’d make you feel, and you’ll find new ideas arising as if by themselves.
